A beautiful piece of New Zealand agate sourced from the Rangitata area in Canterbury.

The polished face reveals soft natural layers of grey, taupe, cream and earthy brown, with delicate horizontal banding running across the stone. The raw natural back and outer edges provide a lovely contrast to the smooth polished face.

Its flat base allows it to stand independently, making it an easy piece to display on a shelf, cabinet or amongst a crystal collection.

Each Rangitata Agate is completely unique, making this a special little piece of New Zealand geology.
